Organize and coordinate stream of activities related to the MOPAR trade channels roll-out plan providing support to all teams involved, both internal (SMEs from other function e.g. legal and IT) and external as providers. Respect action plans to start-up and roll-out trade sales channels across markets involved.
MAIN TASKS
Coordination of EMEA teams working on Trade channel;
Piloting the launch of the program at partners;
Coordinate activities with each EMEA business centers to generate common strategies:
Supporting partners in ramp-up, post-launch and serial life phases: reporting any market specific issues and liaising with central project teams where required.
Following up sales performance with field teams;
Presenting the channel promotion plan and helping define the commercial actions required for implementation;
Reviewing supply performance KPIs and agree action plans with central and logistics teams, to ensure first-class service to workshops.
Coordination and support central teams namely Network Development, Marketing and Sales and business centers in EMEA;
Design of trade parts catalogue and CRM activity (for trade customers);
Creation of a new reporting and business analysis methodology.
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in automotive independent aftermarket segment;
Degree: Marketing or Business administration (preferable) or Engineering;
Strong negotiation, presentation and selling skills;
Strong analytical skills;
Experience of cross-functional working;
Strong Project Management skills;
Good working knowledge of the insurance market in the automotive segment;
Fluent level of English (written, spoken and comprehension);
Excellent standing to deal with a multicultural environment. International working experience would be a plus;
High level of motivation and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision;
Impactful team player, passionate, optimistic, innovative and creative;
Highly organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines for multiple tasks;
Result driven and goal oriented, with a proven track record of sales results in a similar industry.
