Within our Road Car Division (GT) we are looking for a Network Development Manager to join our Network Development team. In this demanding role, you will understand, define and monitor the Network Development strategy and to develop and understand benchmarks of existing and future Retail / Service Points requirements.
More specifically, you will oversee new dealer appointments, work on new dealer openings as well as take-overs and terminations of Importer- and Dealer entities in line with defined procedures. And of course you will liaise with all Ferrari regional teams and offices internationally.
Desired Skills and Experience
In order to succeed in this challenging commercial role, we are looking ideally for a professional with First-class degree in Engineering, commercial or legal studies, and that gained at least 5 (and up to 10 years’) experience in dedicated automotive dealer management roles. Therefore you are clearly familiar working with processes and systems, and to deliver on precise and challenging indicators.
Furthermore it would be of value-added that you have worked in dedicated project management environment, accustomed (and successful) working with short lead-times, changing parameters, managing complexity and reaching ambitious goals within the set targets. Advanced use of Excel/IT tools are clearly important.
In Ferrari we can expect you to be capable of thinking analytical, client-oriented and highly structured, being clearly communicative in order to proactively support end-users. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, while previous sales and customer management experiences are important.
Fluency in English is required, a solid level of Italian a clear advantage.
