Am Carla Ruffino an Italian national with a great passion for quality and food safety with a concrete experience as quality assurance (HACCP, ISO, GMP, BRC, IFS). I'm a technical consultant working in Italy , and a ISO Quality Management System lead auditor , IFS and BRC certified auditor issue 5, I also got updates to 6, 7 and now 8 version. I sat and passed GMA-SAFE exam ( USA ).2003- PRESENT POSITION : TECHNICAL CONSULTANT , ISO9001, ISO22000 AUDITOR, SENIOR INSPECTOR, SUPPLIERS’ AUDITS.
Main responsabilities: ISO9001, ISO22000 Quality system implementation , HACCP BRC, IFS, internal audits, suppliers audits ( private labels and supermarkets ) , personnel training and HACCP/ISO courses. ISO LEAD AUDITOR, HACCP inspections, container loading checks ( Asia Food Inspection ) , suppliers audits in Europe ( mainly dairy) for American and Canadian retailers.

FRUIT : fruit puree, fruit preparation for yogurt, dehydrated fruit, juices, sorbets ( company, Lunica ortofrutticola del Mugello, Simone Gatto , Agrumarie Corleone FAR, Orsa Drink, Stecco Natura )
DAIRY : UHT milk, fresh milk , yogurt, icecream ( recipe and suppliers’ evaluation) , cheese( company Caseificio valle Stura , Caseificio Valle Macra , caseificio Montoso, PremierFood in Khartoum Sudan ).
MEAT : sausages, ham, pork meat ( company Raspini spa , salumificio Coal ,gruppo Bigieffe, Kemin Nutrisurance Europe on byproducts Cat.3 )
PASTRY, FLOUR : sweet preparation for chocolate, sorbets, cakes, chestnut flour, emmer flour, wheat and maize flour ( company Nutrition&Santè ,Bressi Gruppo , mill Trinchero, mill Buontempo )
FEED with and without antibiotics ( company Kemin Nutrisurance Europe , Rover –zoo ,Coal)
