Descrizione

Trade financing is the provision of any form of financing that enables a business activity.
To facilitate procurement for future activities and or to enable a business to meet contract obligations and reconciling the divergent needs that a company phases, letter of credit guarantees are the most requested forms of assuring the necessary trade financing to achieve goals.
PROVIDER’S NEST proposes a Structured Trade Finance (STF) solution, a specialised activity dedicated to the financing of high value transactions, solutions that are structured around the customers needs, usually involving large bilateral strategic relationships.
PROVIDER’S NEST proposes specialized techniques, an activity that is dedicated for the financing of high value business flows.

PROVIDER’S NEST techniques are largely used in the commercial and financial sector by producers, processors, traders and industrial end-users, and include:

Borrowing base financing (finance of working capital assets on a revolving basis).
Finance for medium to longer term requirements.
Reserve based borrowing.
Each financing arrangement is tailored to the particular needs of the Client, who must have the capability to program the repayment of STF transactions through the proceeds derived by the facilities granted and can be used to finance short term working capital or long term capital expenditure.
